Le Calvados est une eau-de-vie de Normandie obtenue par distillation de cidre ou de poiré. Le calvados doit être élevé au moins deux ans en fûts de chêne, ce qui lui donne une couleur ambrée. Il porte différentes mentions suivant son vieillissement : VS, VSOP et XO, son taux d’alcool se comprens engtre 40 et 45%.
